Artist's Statement:

- GoD MoNEy is a representational artworks that symbolizes human greed. As one can see from the picture, the humans are praising and praying to money. They are desperate, crazy, and atrocious. The hands symbolizes the people that wants to have too much money. They cannot reach it, but they still try to reach it. The money in this case was drawn with wings and a halo to mock a divine being. Its wings have a violet color to point out that money is stone cold and doesn't care for any one; in short, they are evil beings using desire and desperation to control humans.

- GoD MoNEy was made with watercolors. Fortunately, the artist had time to buy pre-cut watercolor paper, so he was able to utilize that. The artist used wet-on-wet technique to places that had bigger spaces, and dry-on wet technique for detailing. The violet color was a last-minute decision by the artist because he felt that the wings were too boring.
